Step 1- Reposition Your Brand Into An Authority
The very first thing we do is reposition your brand amongst your local community as we must first build up your street credibility as someone who can help them gain more listings and buyers.
Step 2- Curating Content Consistently To The Right Audience(Real Estate Agents)
After your brand has been re-established we will plan and run your monthly agent outreach efforts. We take on a brand director role managing and running your social media, email distribution, and monthly agent events. You are trained each month on the content you will be sharing so you can continue to provide value and attract new agent relationships. It’s like having a full time marketing department working for you, but for a fraction of the cost.
We manage the following for you:
- Your “Attracktor” created Facebook group
- Your social channels both personal and business
- Compose all agent emails
- Plan you monthly educational events
- Plan your monthly social events
It’s our job to plan your schedule and create the content or events that Attract more agent relationships. it’s your job to invest each month the time necessary to deliver the content.
Step 3- Running Your Monthly Agent Events
Real estate agents want more training. The problem is that not too many people are giving it to them. We will carry out a variety of events you can be hosting each month to share with local agents in your community. Here is a list of what kind of events you can be hosting with us installed as your brand director.
2 Webinars A Month– We host 2 webinars a month that you are able to share with your agents. We will promote these webinars on your behalf within your social media pages as well as distribute to your agent email list. You can also use them to gauge interest from other agents you are trying to strike a relationship with.
Lunch & Learns– We will train you on various presentations to share with real estate agents. These are in person live events you can deliver on your own.
Live Event With Real Estate Marketing Dude– I will fly into your market and do a live launch event with 50-300 agents present 1-2 times a year.
Bring In An Attracktor Trainer– We have several trainers inside our software platform, Attracktor, that would be interested in doing an event in your market. All of our trainers are speakers who are more than happy to do events in your market. All you have to do is schedule them.
Social Events– We will work with you to set up and define social gatherings for your local community and real estate agents.
Step 4- Become An Attracktor Coach
We built a software solution called Attracktor, but Attracktor is more than a software. It’s a marketing training center, relationship building software, and a community! Once you have been through all of our training, you will have passed the requirements for becoming an approved coach of Attracktor.
