Facebook ads have been a longstanding hurdle for us in the real estate game, but it’s time to start thinking outside of the box. There are 3 specific things you should be doing to create a successful Facebook ad:
#1 Your ad should never be centered around you! Center it around your clients! Make yourself available to answer their questions so they can start looking at you as a real estate expert.
#2 Drive traffic to your website with quick links and more information. Try to get as many people as possible.
#3 Remember that this ad is popping up in people’s newsfeeds, so it shouldn’t feel like an ad. So don’t be professional, be personable, and create a relationship with your clients by telling a story.
