On today’s episode I welcome Vince Arcuri to the show. Vince is the #1 ERA Agent in the world, and currently President of Cooperative Real Estate USA, one of the latest businesses involved in changing up the future of the real estate industry. Having only been in business 1 year, Vince has grown the company to over 70 offices from the East to West Coast. This rapid growth is certainly telling of the industries willingness to adapt to this better process. Gone are the days where an agent’s only hope of success was to sign on with a national chain and pay high franchise fees for little return. Businesses like Cooperative Real Estate are changing the game. By bringing franchise-level support at a fraction of the cost, agents are taking more control of their success, and the “big guys” in the real estate industry are struggling to adapt.
Vince talks to me about the benefits Cooperative Real Estate and other similar companies are providing to agents today.
